Not easy to be flatten, can work under both vacuum and high temperature of 100℃
Standards: It complies with FDA 21 CFR 177.2600, 178.2010, EC, 2002/72/EC, including 2007/19/EC, XXXIX BfR, GB/T 21928-2008 and EN14372:2004, suitable for using in food. It does not contain any harmful substances, like organic plasticizers (such as DMP, DEP, DIBP, DMEP, BMPP, DEEP, DPP, DHXP, BBP, DBEP, DCHP, DEHP, DNOP, DN, phenyl phthalate), phthalate and Latex additives. It is unscented, with water repellent smooth inner wall, can be sterilized under high temperature and high pressure. It is heat-resistant and cold-resistant, can be used under temperature of -40 to 100℃.( +125 degree short time )
Purpose: as delivery hose for food, drink, liquid including ultra pure liquid & disinfection liquid, wine (liqueur, red wine, rice wine, beer); suitable for attracting fluid of beer, food, wine, drink, dairy, fragrance, MSG, cosmetics, fine chemical, medical, bioengineering, including pressure feed or vacuum extraction of over 50% concentration of alcohol liquid.
Identity: antibiotic, hydrolysis, chemical resistance, anti-fraying.
Construction: steel wire spiral layer, antistatic; smooth inner wall made by top quality of P-PUR, it is thick enough to resist high pressure, and corrosion.
